I was looking back at some old posts and found
this one. Where I finally gave up on my workouts. I'm proud, and a little apprehensive about the gym membership I've just started up again. It's been over a year. I've forgotten the great way I feel after I work out. All I feel now is dread about going to the gym. I guess that's the true sign that it's time to get back in shape. Hopefully regaining the muscle that was lost will be easy. Ya, right!
Best of luck. It's always hard to climb back on. I always hate getting started again because I just don't want to know exactly HOW out of shape I am.
