Memorial Day at Jump Creek Falls

Over Memorial Day weekend we got together with my family for a drive to Jump Creek Falls. None of us had been there and we wanted to check it out.  The drive there nearly killed us, or rather, we nearly killed out children during the drive.  But we finally made it.  We were expecting a bit of a hike to the falls.  A tiny walk would better describe it.  But it was a cool little walk through a river and through some tunnels of rock.

After some time there we headed out and had a picnic on the way home and then went swimming!  Dad was kind enough to get the water nice and toasty warm for us.  It was perfect!
