Owen officially took his first steps crawling last night. He did it very discretely when he thought no one was looking. Maybe that's because he was headed somewhere he wasn't supposed to go. Owen's destination was the bottom drawer in our entertainment center. (We had to do a little recreation for the
picture, we did not actually get a picture of him in the act.)
Owen has learned how drawers work and that there are fun things inside them. He really likes this particular one because it is full of kids
DVDs . Maybe we should be a little bit worried that Owen was willing to take his first steps to get into something, and not for a toy or something he is supposed to be playing with. He hasn't "crawled" since his first incident but we will still count it since I'm sure as he continues to piece crawling together he will be off and into all sorts of mischief in no time.

Uh-oh! It seems like you're so anxious for these little guys to get moving... then you realize how much trouble it is when they DO move!
Maybe you'll get lucky and he'll just want to follow you around all day :)Just what you wanted.
Hooray! I'm sure that's a good sign that he wants to be naughty.
